Shipping policy

We will ship your products to you using PUDO, which is affiliated with the Courier Guy. They use a Locker to Locker or a Locker to Door System and they courier throughout South Africa. We offer two different delivery options.

 

1. Locker to Locker - your parcel will be placed in a locker on our side and Pudo will collect and deliver it to the locker address you choose and give to us. You will receive an SMS once the parcel is deposited into the delivery locker and given a PIN to enter when you collect.
   
2. Locker to Door - your parcel will be placed in a locker on our side and Pudo will collect and deliver your parcel to the address you provide us with. This falls under our "Standard Delivery" option.
